I'm in between sizes, which size should I order?
We suggest ordering your standard numeric size (Australian sizing), however if you'd like a looser fit we would suggest sizing up. All of our garments are designed and made with the most suitable sportswear materials which means the material holds an 'athletic look'.

Length: Size 6- 39cm, size 8- 44cm, size 10- 45cm, size 12-45cm, size 14-46cm, size 16-47cm
Can I get a refund?
A refund will only be available if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before being processed. Any damage to clothing after wear will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit. If you require a refund please provide proof of damage and fill out the 'contact us' page. Change of mind will not be accepted for refund.
I ordered the wrong size, what can I do?
You may send the item/s back for exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, if the item has not been worn. Please return item/s in original packaging and fill out the section of the contact us page. You can also log into your account on the top right hand corner to view your previous orders.
How do I know my order was processed?
A confirmation of payment will come up on the screen once payment received upon ordering. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us (serving that we have received your order) with your tracking number and link to track your order online. Please allow up to 3 days processing time for your order to be shipped out.
What payment options do you have?
We have multiple secure payment methods available.Including: AMEX, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, Afterpay and more.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times may vary due to carrier events out of our control.
Australia wide shipping:
- Allow 3-5 business days (standard) with Australia Post
- 1-2 business days (express) with Australia Post
International shipping:
- NZ allow 7-12 business days
- USA/ Canada/ UK/ Japan allow 10-15 business days
You will receive order confirmation and tracking details once the order has been packaged/shipped.
As this relies on our delivery partner to update, please allow 1-2 days for this information to be updated. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels or any order delayed in transit.
How do I track my order?
Yay, time to celebrate – your order is on its way! After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?
Our products are sold online and in selected pro-shops in Queensland. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please contact us for more information!

Do you have any men's golf gear in stock?
Purpose Golf specialises in women's golf gear and currently does not stock any men's golf apparel.
Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?
If you're after something that is currently out of stock please submit a restock request on the product page to let our team know.
Are your products made with sports-specific materials?
Yes, all of our garments are designed with high-quality sports wear materials to provide comfort and performance on the golf course.
What sizes are available for the Links Pants?
The Links Pants are available in sizes 6 to 16, with the option to size up for a looser fit. However we suggest ordering your regular size.
